Ұялы жеңіл бетон блоктары

Compared to other traditional concrete products, cellular lightweight concrete is an environmentally friendly construction material that provides great acoustic and thermal insulation properties. It is used to fill in tunnels, unused cellars and sewer pipes.

It is a type of cement-based block manufactured from a blend of fly ash, sand and foaming agents. It is produced in varying densities for different applications. The density ranges from 400 кг/м3 дейін 1800 кг/м3.

Besides thermal insulation, cellular lightweight concrete is also used for non-structural partition walls. It is very light in weight and has a high fire endurance. It is very affordable and can be produced at project sites.

It is also known as foamed concrete. It is a self-compacting material that uses an organic or biodegradable foaming agent. The agent is mixed with a small portion of NaHSO3 to produce stable foam. This is then injected into the slurry to form cellular lightweight concrete.

The main raw material for foaming is Genfil. It is also prepared by mixing a small amount of Ca(OH)2 with a raw material in a certain proportion. The foaming agent is measured to ensure the correct levels. The density of cellular lightweight concrete depends on the air pocket content.

It is important to note that cellular lightweight concrete has less strength than conventional concrete. It is considered to be a good alternative to burnt clay bricks and masonry structures. It is a very versatile material, which can be used in a variety of applications.
