Mobilais vieglais betons (CLC) is a concrete that uses Portland cement, lidojošie pelni, selected sand, ūdens & preformed foam in varied proportions to create a material with a dry density between 300 & 1920 kg/m3.

It does not deteriorate due to humidity and can withstand freezing conditions. It is also easy to work with – it can be cut with a saw and drilled easily using a drill.
