Лесни адитиви за бетон | Средства за пенење со високи перформанси за мобилен бетон
Foaming agents are a type of additives that are used in concrete. They are a combination of surfactants, solvents and alkaline ingredients that help to form foam concrete.
The main component of foaming agents is sodium lauryl sulfate, which provides the necessary surface activity and makes it easy for water to adhere to the surface of the agent. Other components include amphoteric surfactants and polyethylene terephthalate.
Different types of foaming agents have a variety of properties and effects on the performance of concrete. Some of the most important properties that are affected by the choice of foaming agent include compressive strength and dry shrinkage of concrete at different densities.
Средства за пенење базирани на протеини (derived from animal blood gum) are the most common. Synthetic foaming agents are also widely used in foamed concrete.
There is an increasing number of researches that have been conducted on the effect of foaming agents on the performance of concrete. The results from these studies show that foam stability, microstructure and compressive strength are highly dependent on the type of foaming agent that is used.
Compressive strength was tested in this study for a range of densities using both protein and synthetic foaming agents. For the same densities, the compressive strength obtained using a synthetic foaming agent was higher than the compressive strength of the concrete without the use of foaming agents.
The protein-based foaming agent exhibited a glassy smooth air-void structure with only a few larger voids. Сепак, the permeability of the foam was relatively high.
