Lightweight Concrete Additives | High-Performance Foaming Agents for Cellular Concrete
naphthalene superplasticizer is a superior quality plasticizer and water reducer that is founded on high molecular weight sulphonated naphthalene formaldehyde condensate. It expeditiously increases the workability of concrete applicable in cement tiles & casting pre cast units.
Suitable for all types of concrete, it can be used in different specifications and models. It can be formulated with a wide range of compound admixtures.
It can be applied to make flow concrete, strong concrete and steam raised concrete. Its minimum working temperature is 0 degree C, and its strength can be increased by 20-60%.
The product is manufactured through sulphonation, hydrolysis, condensation and neutralization reaction of naphthalene and formaldehyde. It contains no chloride, which meets the requirements of chemical admixture specifications for concrete: ASTM C 494, Type F; ASTM C 1017 and GB8076-1997.
naphthalene superplasticizer mainly consists of 25-45% concentrated sulfuric acid, 10-35% industrial naphthalene, 5-10% of industrial byproduct sodium sulfonate, 6-10% of formaldehyde and 7-10% of water. It can be prepared without treatment on dinaphthol industrial byproduct waste, which saves energy and protects the environment.
PNS superplasticizer has high range water-reducing and strength enhancing characteristics, good adaptability to concrete, low alkali content and high purity. It can also be combined with other concrete admixtures and is easy to use.
It is widely used to prepare high strength concrete, flow concrete, impermeable concrete and steam raised concrete. It can be formulated with a large range of compound admixtures, such as swelling agent, air entraining agent, active admixture and so on. It can reduce the amount of water, improve the strength development and rheology of concrete, make the concrete more fluid, increase the flow resistance, etc.
